Approach & What to Expect

Counselling is collaborative and paced according to your needs.

Adults coping with grief, bereavement, caregiver stress, or end-of-life challenges are supported in a safe, client-centred space. Sessions help you explore emotions, reflect on experiences, and navigate practical concerns. Most clients leave feeling steadier, more understood, and less alone.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length. Fee and cancellation details are provided prior to booking.
