I am a Registered Social Worker based in Ottawa with over 25 years of experience in health and social service settings.

My private practice specializes in supporting people experiencing serious or terminal illness, grief, caregiving, palliative care, and end-of-life challenges. I also provide healthcare navigation support to help people understand their options and navigate complex healthcare decisions.

Before opening my private practice, I spent several years as a Family Support Counsellor with Hospice Care Ottawa. I hold a Master of Social Work from Carleton University and completed the Death, Dying and Bereavement Certificate through Wilfrid Laurier University.

My approach is compassionate, client-centred, and grounded in the understanding that grief does not follow a set path. I strive to offer a space where you can speak openly, feel supported, and find your way through whatever challenges you are facing.
