About
I am a Registered Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in health and social service settings. My work focuses on supporting adults through grief, bereavement, serious illness, caregiving, and end-of-life concerns. I bring experience in both emotional support and practical navigation of health and social systems.
I offer a client-centred, relational approach grounded in the belief that grief does not follow a set path and cannot be rushed. Counselling is a space to reflect, make meaning, and feel supported as you move through loss in your own way.
I have a Master's degree in Social Work (Carleton University, 2013) and hold a certificate in Death, Dying and Bereavement from Wilfrid Laurier University. I currently work as a Family Support Counsellor with Hospice Care Ottawa.
